2009 FIBR Workshop Logistics Information

To Register: Please print and fill out the registration form. Mail it and your check to the address below.
24 July, 2009 is the deadline for registration, but we encourage early registration. We will be able to accept more participants for the Scientific Sessions than for the Yellowstone Field trip, so if you are interested in the fieldtrip, please register as soon as possible. Please indicate if you would like to only attend the sessions at MSU.
Poster session: We encourage all participants to submit posters for this meeting. Poster abstracts will be distributed electronically, and should be submitted by 17 July, 2009.; Posters will be displayed for the duration of the meeting, and there will be an evening social and poster session for discussion and viewing.

Registration Fees: A fee of $275 will cover the cost of hosting the meeting, including catered meals for the days of scientific sessions, and lunch and transportation for the field trip. Please mail completed form and check payable to "MSU Conference Services-FIBR" to:

Lodging: Dormitory rooms are available on the MSU campus (cost $22.47 shared, $27.82 private, inluding 7% tax) per night. MSU Conference Housing Reservations
A block of 15 rooms is also being held at the Magnusson (City Center) within walking distance of campus (cost $107/single or double). Please call 406-587-3158 to reserve a room before July 10, and be sure to mention that you are with the FIBR Workshop.
Transportation: Bozeman has a small airport that is served by several major airlines. There are several car rental agencies in the airport. The cab service is "All Valley Cab", phone 406-388-9999. It is possible to make reservations for cab service one day in advance.

Note Concerning Printed Material: If you would like printed material for the meeting, please print it before you come to the meeting. Especially the maps may be useful! If you'd like to have a schedule of the talks, or copies of the poster abstracts, please bring them with you. We are trying to keep costs low, and not waste paper if it is unnecessary.
