We provide this partial list of regional soil and tissue testing laboratories as a courtesy. We do not endorse any single lab. There are likely others available.

Be sure to contact the lab directly for tests available (e.g. Olsen rather than Bray P for calcareous soils), instructions for tissue sampling, and current prices. If they provide fertilizer recommendations, know which state’s guidelines they use to calculate fertilizer recommendations.

The North American Proficiency Testing Program (NAPT) lists participating labs at https://www.naptprogram.org/about/participants. Manure Analysis Proficiency (MAP) labs are listed by MN Dept. of Ag at http://www2.mda.state.mn.us/webapp/lis/maplabs.jsp. For Agriculture Laboratory Proficiency (ALP)  certification ask the lab directly.
